the basics
neuroprint.store is run by neuroprint, a UK sole trader. By ordering you confirm you’re at least 18 and that your delivery address is in the United Kingdom. We sell printed posters (A4, A3, A2), 2027 wall calendars, an A5 notebook, and digital downloads. Physical products are made to order in the UK by our print partner.
how an order works
You pick a design and check out. Payment is taken by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
When payment succeeds, we send the print file and your shipping address to our UK print partner. Production takes 2-3 working days, then your order is posted with Royal Mail. Digital downloads arrive by email as a link as soon as payment clears.
We accept your order when Stripe confirms the payment. If something goes wrong on our side (print file problem, printer rejects the order, address looks invalid), we email you and refund in full, including delivery.
delivery
Free UK delivery is included on every order (Royal Mail post). You can upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 48 at checkout for £3.90. Typically 5-8 working days from order to letterbox, and not a guaranteed date. The delivery page has the full policy.
your right to cancel
You have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel for a full refund. Digital downloads lose that right once the download starts. The returns page has the step-by-step process.
promos and discount codes
One discount code per order. A code is valid only if the checkout accepts it at the moment you apply it; we don’t honour codes that are expired, withdrawn, or past their use limit.
what we don’t promise
A specific delivery date. That colours match your screen exactly. That a discount code someone shared with you still works.
What we do promise: if something goes wrong on our side – lost in transit, severe delay, damage in transit, printer error – we reprint or refund, your choice.
intellectual property
The designs are made for neuroprint. Hang them, gift them, but don’t reproduce them in bulk or use them as the basis of a competing product without asking. Digital downloads are for personal use: paper your own devices and walls, don’t resell or redistribute the files.
liability
Our maximum liability to you under these terms is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect losses from a delayed or lost order. Nothing in these terms removes your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
changes to these terms
We can update these terms. A material change gets a new “last updated” date at the bottom of this page, and we email anyone with an open order who is affected.
governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, though we’d always rather sort something out by email first.
