cancelling an order
You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason – that is your right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Email orders@neuroprint.co.uk with your order number, then send the item back within 14 days of telling us. We refund the item price and standard delivery within 14 days of getting it back. You pay return postage.
Everything on this shop is a stock design, so the 14-day right applies to every physical product – posters, calendars and the notebook.
Digital downloads are different: by starting the download you agree the 14-day cancellation right ends there. If a file won’t download or arrives broken, that’s on us – email and we’ll fix it or refund you.
faulty, damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, we’ll replace it or refund you – your choice. Email orders@neuroprint.co.uk with your order number and photos of the item and the packaging, ideally within 14 days. Your statutory rights don’t end after 14 days.
Small differences in colour between screen and print, and size variations of a few millimetres, are normal in printing.
refund timing
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 working days; Stripe’s own processing adds a few days on top. Most cards show the refund within 7-10 days of approval.
