production
Every physical order is printed on demand in the UK by our print partner. Production takes 2-3 working days, then it ships. Digital downloads arrive by email as soon as payment clears.

Free UK delivery – included in the price, sent by Royal Mail post.
Tracked 48 – £3.90 at checkout, with a tracking link emailed when your order ships.
Either way, typically 5-8 working days from order to letterbox. That is a typical range based on the printer’s queue and Royal Mail’s targets, not a guaranteed date. Busy periods (mid-December especially) can add a few days. If something goes wrong – parcel lost, severe delay – we reprint and reship at no cost.

packaging
Prints ship in sturdy cardboard packaging sized to protect them. It is recyclable.
lost or damaged
If an order is confirmed lost, we reprint and reship at no cost. If it arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and the print and email orders@neuroprint.co.uk. Damage in transit is our problem to fix, not yours to absorb.
address changes
Email us as soon as you can. If printing hasn’t started, we’ll change the address. Once an order is in the print queue, we can’t.
